Recycling Today: Lexington, Kentucky, partners with Trex to recycle plastic film

Lexington, Kentucky, has partnered with Trex Co. Inc. to launch the NexTrex program, enabling residents to recycle plastic bags and films at designated drop-off locations throughout the city.
