Henrique Noguchi, originally from Brazil, embraced the opportunity to live and work abroad after studying in France and later relocating to the U.S. Now as a technical manager for the Technical Service & Development (TS&D) team at Milliken & Company’s Plastics Additives business unit, he leads a team focused on developing additives that enhance plastics’ aesthetic, mechanical, and sustainable properties. His background in materials engineering sparked an early passion for problem-solving and hands-on experimentation, which continues to drive his work every day.
