Tiffany Fisher is a Sustainability Advisor for the Americas at Chevron Phillips Chemical, where she leads the company’s sustainability initiatives with a focus on climate change, product sustainability and circularity, and social responsibility across the region. Tiffany’s passion for environmental protection and social impact began during her chemical engineering studies at the University of Kansas. Through projects like the KU Biodiesel Initiative, which produced fuel for campus vehicles from used cooking oil, she gained firsthand experience in sustainable practices.
Her commitment to environmental impact extended into global volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders, where she led projects in Bolivia, Uganda, and Peru to improve water access, sanitation, and infrastructure. Today, she is energized by the plastics industry’s ability to produce essential, high-performance products with a lower carbon footprint, such as medical devices and food preservation materials. Tiffany believes the next generation has a vital role in advancing plastics’ circularity and reducing pollution, inviting young talent to pursue careers in manufacturing to make a difference.
