Tania Ferlin brings a passion for sustainability and social impact to her work in the plastics industry. As Global Manager of Communications and ESG at Husky Technologies, she spends her days strategizing initiatives in ESG, sustainability advocacy, and internal communications, with the goal of creating a connected global team while promoting plastics—especially PET—as essential and sustainable materials. Coming from a background in the hotel industry, Tania cultivated a strong dedication to environmental and social causes, which ultimately led her to focus on advancing sustainability and circularity within the plastics industry.
Through her own research, Tania realized that the plastics industry has significant potential for environmental impact. She believes that plastics, when managed responsibly, are one of the most sustainable materials available, a perspective she now actively shares to counter widespread misconceptions. Tania is particularly passionate about connecting with her generation, emphasizing that a career in plastics offers a meaningful way to make a difference within an industry striving for positive change.
